Barème d'honoraires


*The prices indicated on www.styles.fr include agency fees. They are mainly payable by the sellers, the rates indicated are inclusive of VAT (20% rate) and correspond to the services of visits, preparation of files, advertising/communication costs and negotiation.
Maximum fees, in the majority of transactions (except in the case of special negotiations), applicable from 1 January 2021.

RENTALS :

Empty and furnished residential use constituting the principal residence of the lessee:

  1. FEES FOR VISITS, SETTING UP THE FILE, DRAFTING UP THE LEASE (shared between the lessor and the lessee)
  • Lessee's share :
    12 €/m2 habitable in very tense areas, 10 €/m2 habitable in tense areas, 8 € m2/habitable for other municipalities*.

  • lessor's share :
    12 €/m2 habitable in very tense zone, 10 €/m2 habitable in tense zone, 8 €/m2 habitable for other communes (list of zones according to decree n°2004-890 of 1 August 2014 )

  1. ENTRY TESTING FEES (shared between the lessor and the lessee)
  • Lessee's share: 3 € m² - Lessor's share: 3 € m²

Empty and furnished residential use not constituting the principal residence of the lessee:

  • Lease fees (civil code): 10% of the annual rent excluding charges + VAT payable by the lessee only

Companies and professionals

  • Rental of shops and offices: 12% of the annual rent excluding charges + VAT payable by the lessee only
  • Rental to a company: 12% of the annual rent excluding charges + VAT payable by the lessee only

SALES

Fees payable by the vendor calculated on the sale price, or payable by the purchaser calculated on the price excluding fees.

Dwellings, commercial walls and land: Between 4% inc. tax and 7% inc. tax, minimum fee of 7000 euros inc.

Commercial walls: 10% inc.

ADVICE OF VALUE in HOUSING: 250€ TTC, to be deducted from future fees if STYLES sales mandate and sale through STYLES
